One of our most authentic programmes for the 2026 season: a fully immersive group journey through Puglia, where guests sleep, eat and experience life inside a historic masseria,  the traditional fortified farmstead at the heart of southern Italian culture.

This is not a standard hotel-based tour. For 7 nights, your group will be based at a 4★ restored masseria in Carovigno ( or a similar Masseria), surrounded by centuries-old olive groves and dry stone walls,  waking up to the same landscape Apulian farmers have known for generations.
